Every ebook purchase includes both EPUB and MOBI formats to accommodate all e-readers. Your ebook(s) are emailed directly after the purchase with both downloadable formats. Currently, were unable to accept returns or offer refunds for e-books and digital products due to their nature. However, if you encounter any issues with your digital purchase, please reach out to us for assistance.

Monthly Complimentary Book Program

The Monthly Complimentary Book Program works to spread the wisdom by making a book available to all, at no additional cost. Think of it as a free gift from us to you. The book is under copyright laws and cannot be distributed, it must be registered under each individual as apart of the gift program. Books are available from Full Moon to Full Moon of each month. For further questions contact us. 

Downloadable Resources

Downloadable resources are intended to support the individual. All content and materials, books, and videos, adhere to the copyright act, and cannot be distributed in any format, or copied into any electronic form including LLM models and AI. Reproduction or distribution is prohibited unless authorized by Infinitely Unbound Press, publisher. 

Amazon Purchase

All books, and eBooks purchased through Amazon adhere to Amazon's shipping and returns policies. Please contact Amazon directly for any Infinitely Unbound Press publications purchased through the Amazon marketplace.

Shipping Policy for Print Books

1. Shipping Destinations: Currently, we ship directly through a distributor to addresses within the United States and Europe. For countries outside or within the US or Europe, we are on Amazon's Global Marketplace, check books on Amazon for more countries outside of the US and Europe. 

2. Processing Time: Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for your books to be prepared with care. We want to make sure each book arrives in proper working order ;) 

3. Shipping Time: The time it takes for your books to reach you will depend on your location. For domestic orders within the United States, you can typically expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days. If you're across the pond in Europe, please allow 10-15 business days for your books to make their way to your doorstep.

4. Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping fees based on your location and the weight of your order. Rest assured, we strive to keep our shipping rates as affordable as possible while still ensuring your books are delivered safely and promptly.

5. Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your package's journey every step of the way. 

6. International Customs and Duties: Please note that for international orders (Europe), additional customs fees or import duties may apply upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

7. Holiday Shipping: During peak seasons and holidays, such as Christmas or Black Friday, or the New Lunisolar Year, please allow for additional processing and shipping time. We'll do our best to keep you updated on any potential delays and ensure your books arrive on time.

Return Policy

We understand sometime books get knocked around along their journey, we strive with our distributors to ensure they greet you in pristine condition. Currently, we only accept illegible or severely damaged books for return-replacement. Any books that are severely damaged and become illegible within reason, and or books that have binding/printing errors are considered illegible. 

1. Eligibility: Book returns are available 15 days within initial delivery and must the illegible or severely damaged requirements. 

2. Condition of Items:  If you're returning a severely damaged or illegible book,  don't worry about its condition—we'll take care of it!

3. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return for an unread, unused book or a damaged/illegible item, simply contact us and select, the 'returns' option on the form. We'll guide you through the process and provide any necessary assistance.

4. Refunds and Exchanges: For returns of unread, unused books, once we receive the item and verify its condition, we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment. If you're returning a damaged/illegible item, we'll send out a replacement as soon as possible.
